1. About The Journey Box

The Journey Box is a multidisciplinary wellbeing and education platform offering creative, research-based tools that nurture social-emotional learning (SEL), empathy, and connection among children, parents, and educators.

All content, products, images, graphics, designs, text, logos, and brand materials featured on this website are the exclusive property of The Journey Box. They may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

3. Products and Services

We aim to describe and photograph all products as accurately as possible. However, minor variations in color, packaging, or design may occur due to screen settings or updates in product materials. All items are designed for educational and personal use and should be handled under adult supervision where applicable.

4. Orders and Payments

Orders can be placed directly through our website. Payment is required at checkout and can be made through the available secure payment options. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in case of incorrect information, unavailability of stock, or suspected misuse.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We currently deliver across Lebanon and to selected international locations. Delivery times may vary based on your region and product availability. The Journey Box is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within seven days of delivery, provided that:

Proof of purchase is provided.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@thejourneyboxlb.com before sending any items back. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

7. Workshops and Bookings

Registration for workshops or events must be completed online. Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before the scheduled session.

In case of unforeseen circumstances or low enrollment, The Journey Box reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a workshop, with participants offered an alternative date or a full refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Journey Box is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products or website. Our tools and games are designed for educational and well-being purposes and are not substitutes for medical or psychological treatment.
